HISTORY | THE HUNT FOR THE ZODIAC KILLER

In this :30 animated teaser we delve into the psyche of the Zodiac as he feverishly scribbled his most well known cipher, referred to as Z340. These flashbacks are intercut with shots of the present day cipher marked with handwritten investigative notes.

To maintain authenticity we recreated the Zodiac’s handwriting based on a photograph of the original cipher and researched to find the pen he most likely used to write it.
