A&E | WWE | ULTIMATE RINGSIDE SEAT

We don’t like to play favorites with our projects (we love them all equally!) but if we were pressed, we MIGHT say this was one of the most fun we’ve done lately: A :30 (with :20 & :15 cutdowns) promo for A&E’s WWE Biography series. The 8 episodes feature some of the 80’s & 90’s most iconic wrestlers including Stone Cold Steve Austin, Booker T, Rowdy Roddy Piper, and Mick Foley. 

Our friends at A&E came to us with a clear brief: showcase the WWE Legends in a wrestling ring with film projection and hologram effects. If that wasn’t exciting enough, we were also given access to hours of archival footage and rarely seen behind-the-scenes photography. 

We brought the creative brief to life by constructing a wrestling ring in 3D and created a footage treatment to create cohesive in the look of the archival footage from various sources.
